Week 4: Powerful Outlines

There are many different resources available to help support organizations with implementing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Social-Emotional Wellness. Offhand, we recommend you include the following areas in your application:

1.) Staff and board member demographic information and baseline info, see the sample survey if you need to collect this information

2.) Organizational policies and/or communications like Core Values, hiring policies, missions statement, bylaws

3.) Organizational practices like required training, staff surveys, EAP programs, and employee benefits (such as mental health and required vacation, etc.)
